Check Dive

A check dive in Sharm El Sheikh is recommended for divers who have not been diving recently or who are diving with a new dive center.

This orientation dive allows divers to adjust equipment, check buoyancy and become comfortable in the water before joining boat dives to famous Red Sea dive sites.

At Sunshine Divers Club, check dives are conducted at calm and beautiful reef locations where divers can refresh their skills while enjoying the incredible marine life of the Red Sea.

Important Information for Divers 🤿
For safety and smooth operation of our diving activities in Sharm El Sheikh, please take note of the following:
Certification & Logbook
All certified divers must present a valid certification card and logbook showing their most recent dive.
Check Dive
If your last logged dive was more than 6 months ago, the first dive will be conducted as a check dive.
Reactivate / Scuba Review
If your last logged dive was more than 12 months ago, a Scuba Review / Reactivate program will be required before joining regular dives.
