Privacy Policy
All diving activities, courses, and excursions must be paid in full before the scheduled start time. Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received. We accept cash and major credit or debit cards. Prices may change without prior notice.
Please note: Payments made by credit or debit card in Egypt may be subject to additional fees or charges applied by your bank or card provider. Prices listed on our website do not include these potential fees.
More than 48 hours before the scheduled activity: Full refund of the deposit or payment.
24–48 hours before the scheduled activity: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by Sunshine Divers Club instructors and staff. By participating in diving activities, customers acknowledge the inherent risks involved in water sports. Sunshine Divers Club is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings during activities.
Diving activities may be cancelled or rescheduled in case of:

Medical restrictions

Unsafe weather or sea conditions

Safety concerns determined by the dive instructor or dive center
In such cases, we will offer an alternative date, alternative activity, or refund for the affected dives whenever possible.
To ensure a smooth schedule for all diving activities, transfers are organized by Sunshine Divers Club with a fixed pick-up time and location communicated in advance.
Guests are kindly requested to be ready at the agreed meeting point at least 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Our drivers and guides operate on a strict timetable in order to maintain the diving schedule and ensure that all guests arrive on time for their activities.
If a guest is not present at the agreed location and time, the transfer may depart without them. In such cases, Sunshine Divers Club cannot guarantee participation in the scheduled activity and refunds may not be available.
If you expect to be delayed, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can assist you where possible.
The dive center reserves the right to cancel or modify activities if required for safety, weather conditions, or operational reasons.
Sunshine Divers Club respects your privacy. Any personal information collected through bookings, contact forms, or email communication will only be used to process reservations and provide customer service. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
